      Avantages

      The only pro is that they make you work on good technology. The staff are good, they help a lot.

      Inconvénients

      No WLB . ITS just you wake up, work , sleep and repeat. Saturday is not an off. If you're late in the morning, sometimes your half day is deducted, but they expect you to work over time. The projects are good, but the time management is bad . The team is supposed to just implement what the CEO brainstorms, and most of the time those are bad. If you plan on working here , just make work a part of your life. Everytime there is a client meeting, an intern gets fired, that's a fun game

      Avantages

      Helped build confidence in handling responsibilities independently.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic expectations for interns with very little guidance or structured mentorship. Management communication was often inconsistent, leading to confusion about priorities and deliverables. Work-life balance could become difficult during peak periods, with long working hours and pressure to constantly be available. Feedback was sometimes contradictory depending on the manager or team member involved. Internship structure felt unorganized, and learning opportunities depended heavily on self-navigation rather than proper support. The work environment could feel stressful for freshers due to high expectations and limited clarity.
