Avantages
The quality of the people and product makes working for Teradata a pleasure - nothing beats the open and interactive engagement with clients who are happy with their multi-million$ purchase. The quality of product & blue chip clients is unbeatable.
Inconvénients
Executive managment team is old school hardware oriented versus software / solutions focused. These folks have no charisma, style nor presence with clients or the street... ...and with little/no marketing of our solutions holds this company back from meeting it's full potential - thus the title of this writing "underleveraged".
