-CA tax negates most of the positives of OT/ total hours during busy season. -Company/management shows little to no care for worker burnout -VERY Poor compensation for the field/ dangers involved/ weeks away from home. (Nearly every jobsite has health hazards both immediate and long term) - Jump through all the hoops , work extreme hours ,pass every certification and managers still won't back you for fair compensation. -Don't waste your time here.
