      Avantages

      The Arctic Cat factory was a great place to work! Good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Textron maybe didn’t fully understand the power sports industry. They ended up selling the business. Textron’s vesting period for retirement is not competitive. They have a pretty standard retirement match. Health insurance was not as good as my current employer.

      Avantages

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Inconvénients

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
