      Avantages

      For people early in their careers, the company provided good learning experiences. Interesting products to work on.

      Inconvénients

      Unethical people in management positions. Employees were told to cover up problems. Management opportunities were given to those who were willing to keep problems hidden and who would be puppets.

      Avantages

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Inconvénients

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
