      Avantages

      Great coworkers, alot of team effort. Some good managers.

      Inconvénients

      Needs more work life balance, burning too many people out. Flexibility would go a long way. Too much RED tape to get anything accomplished which adds to more work.

      Avantages

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Inconvénients

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
