      Avantages

      day to day personnel take pride in delivering a superior product to satisfied customers. They are family members that disagree at times, but have a common goal to succeed. Decent opportunities for people who are early in their careers. Above average benefits and compensation.

      Inconvénients

      If you disagree with senior leadership plan you have a target on your back. Very little exchange of ideas based on facts. Target = layoff.

      Avantages

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Inconvénients

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
