      Avantages

      I had the best bosses there. Fun work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Pay was meh, responsibilities were not commiserate of the pay. Corporate leadership (lack thereof) failed the entire company.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Inconvénients

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
