      Overall a decent place for part-time workers. The pay is average compared to other retail stores. However, you get a 4% 401k match which is good.

      Inconvénients

      Not very challenging, stimulating for those seeking a dynamic work environment.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Inconvénients

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
