      Avantages

      Lots of learning opportunities for the ambitious and creative. Colleagues mostly incredibly talented and supportive. Compensation is attractive. Decent training and mentoring programme.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to get leave. Difficult to maintain work-life balance. Not much room for career progression after a couple of years.
