It's worth noting that T-ROC provides retail support for dozens of the world’s largest brands and retailers, and the specific program you mentioned is no longer part of our portfolio. While we fully own the experience you had, we’re confident that this wouldn’t reflect the employee experience in any of our current programs.
We aim for all of our retail roles to be engaging and customer-focused, encouraging team members to actively connect with customers and represent our brand with energy and enthusiasm.
