      Avantages

      Good clients. Salary mostly on time.

      Inconvénients

      No reachable person to communicate. No Hr as such. CEO handles general communications, but even he will not respond and stop picking calls when you need something from him. I was shocked to see such unprofessionalism. You will be given multiple promises but none of them will be delivered and you will keep on waiting. Every time there will be new excuse/ reason of not meeting promise/ expectation. Highly business minded person who will never care about you nor client. You can learn shrewdness from him.

      We made sincere efforts to graduate you to program manager . The efforts to move up the ladder were not enough . Compensation is a function of what every individual brings on to the table . Labelling fellow colleagues to your whims and fancies will not do any good . We take a holistic feedback of every stakeholder and we have found it satisfactory .

      Avantages

      Had a good experience overall. The interview process was quick and well managed, and the HR team was helpful throughout. There are good opportunities to work on large-scale projects and gain exposure across teams. Leadership is supportive, and the CEO stays involved and approachable whenever required.

      Inconvénients

      Haven't faced any such issues as of now.
