      Avantages

      From the organisations I have worked at throughout my career Work has by far been the one that has provided me with the most learning experiences, new challenges and opportunities to do new things. The people are positive and supportive and the smartest I have worked with. This is a company that really does its best for its people

      Inconvénients

      Resource constraints can sometimes be frustrating but I guess that's the same everywhere these days

      Flexibility regarding working from home

      Inconvénients

      Received almost no training, just a few names of people to reach out to for informal chats so I could essentially learn the job. Most of the people I reached out to were very busy and it was very evident that they did not want to be spending time teaching me anything. At one point, I did not hear from my direct manager for a period of almost 6 months - not a single message, call or email to check in. Additionally, the pay was exceptionally low for industry standard.
