Perspective commerciale
Avantages
1. Great to work directly under the CEO - he is direct, respectful and concise 2. Communication was good/easy with other department heads. 3. Salaries were paid punctual; there were good medical benefits. 3. Steep learning curve - covering many different aspects such as client success, project management and instructional designer aspects.
Inconvénients
1. I was uncomfortable in the ID team due to a toxic team member who was just creating conflict within the team, wasn't respectful & was just passing (his/her) jobs to other members and this hindered my job to a large degree. 2. Slightly too micro-managed - not very flexible in work timings 3. Not much room for training and growth - investing in employees goes a long way
