Avantages
Some of the better benefits you will find in the software industry. Personality-wise, there are some great employees here. They do try to provide perks such as lunch 2 times a month for all the employees. There seems to be an endless amount of work to do, which is great for stability. They do pay well, for the most part. Software is stable, so not a lot of overtime.
Inconvénients
The other reviews on here are very much valid. From not being very female friendly, to the good old boys club, to almost never firing poor performers. There is also a divide between the IT arm of the company & the software arm. The 'president' of the company was put in place when the company first started because the owner of the parent company had no where else to put him. It is very much evident in his management style that there is no experience in running a software company. They have a hard time trusting employees with remote work; the company can't recruit, partially due to it's location; management isn't from a technical background, so policies don't always align with what you'd see at other software companies; no real advancement or training; and morale is constantly wavering based off all the previous cons.
