Avantages

I worked for this facility under a different company and we the facility was acquired by TierPoint. For the most part they leave us alone. That's the best part of TierPoint, but who knows how long that will last.

Inconvénients

Working for TierPoint feels more like working for a large corporation than when we worked for a large corporation. They care nothing for their employees and it they make it very evident. We get no sick days (if you're sick, it comes out of vacation time). One of their core values is family, yet they have no policies to indicate this. They are cold-hearted people up there.

Avantages

The knowledge you gain is invaluable. The team I was a part of was not shy about sharing information if you are willing to learn.

Inconvénients

Management style leans heavily into the realm of severe micromanagement. Advancement (the little there is) seems to depend more on if they like you over your overall skills. Pay was also lacking when compared to the amount of work they expect from you.
