Avantages
1) Times of India group is a great brand to work with and you get lots of respect in the market because of your lineage 2) Times OOH has excellent work culture and top management is very approachable. 3) Good work life balance and you get free by 5:30 PM on most of the days 4) Times OOH has great assets on Airport (Delhi and Mumbai Airport) but they have very limited presence in street furniture business
Inconvénients
1) If you working for traditional business, you get to interact with the people in agencies who might not even be 12th pass. You will feel as if your IQ gets dropped each time you have an interaction with them. It is a push media and doesn't even get enough attention of the top management. People working in traditional are often overlooked when it comes to promotion and increments 2) For airport, not enough sales acumen is required but only good servicing will give you good business
