      nice office, amenities and locations. culture is good too. Have improved a lot over the last few years with more hires joining

      lack of transparency from the top on company vision and strategy. be good to know more of what was coming or being decided.

      Safety, the workloads are very interesting.

      Most rules/regulations/benefits controlled by the Federal Government, and are general to everyone. Many regulations and benefits do not benefit specialized positions and different locations.
