Tgtg is not systematically changing the food waste problem, places that already waste little were not allowed on the platform, upselling was big (trying to get places to put more packages on the platform which tgtg generated money with) The company culture was very corporate, people were publicly called out and put on a list in a weekly company presentation for not performing well enough, not a lot of freedom to do your own things, little options for growth if you're not the boss's favourite.
