      Avantages

      Small company friendly people. Good benefits. The company has so much potential but management is bad.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, constant reorganizations, not doing what's good for the customers, bogged down in politics. The company is constantly firing good employees for the shareholders. Management is always on a power trip. No room for promotions.
