Avantages
Consistent work schedule, some of the employees are wonderful people to work with!
Inconvénients
Oppressive! If you are expecting regular raises, forget it. They don't exist, in fact you should expect to be promised raises and never receive them. Expect to be hired for a position and told you are going to do something else, and if you don't like it...there's the door. Oh and with your new position they will also give you a pay cut, after promising you a pay increase and then lie to your face and tell you they never said they promised it. In the mean time the company will make you work less hours and pile on more work and get angry when you don't meet deadlines. All the while never asking you why you can't complete the work. They are spending in huge amounts but taking from employees to do it (cutting pay, eliminating positions and giving those duties to existing employees who are already over-worked)
