      Avantages

      People are generally enjoyable to work with and there is a sense of ownership to the “We make it happen” mantra.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of value communicated to employees... at all levels, at least in my experience and those of my peers/subordinates. Lack of positive reinforcement/motivation. Pay scales were grossly inconsistent and undervalued with no clear metrics for success and next steps for career growth.

      Fast-paced growth can sometimes lead to changing priorities. Processes may still be evolving as the company scales.
