      Avantages

      Our people are truly incredible: knowledgeable, kind and eager to help others. The company has grown quickly and continues to do so, which allows for true career growth internally for associates. Our Executive Leadership Team encourages autonomy amongst leaders, and the company as a whole truly is forward-thinking in our technology and products.

      Inconvénients

      With many acquisitions in a short(ish) period of time, there are now numerous systems that our teams have to operate out of, though we are in the process of sunsetting several of these. Additionally, there is definitely a feeling of separation between TI and NTG as sister companies under TI HoldCo, and I personally would like to see this gap closed.

      Avantages

      great industry, decent benefits, do your research

      Inconvénients

      This is what you would consider a good old boy place. This was a revolving door. I must have seen 40 people be let go inside of a few months. No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
