they expect you to risk your life and come their during a snow storm and if you do not show up you will get written up. its understandable that if you call out with 10 inches of snow you will get written up but we have had 4 straight snow storms with 16 inches plus and they only closed twice and did not excuse my absences the two times I called out, but that's company policy right? The company just got a new program called csg and I liked cable data but they had to switch for what ever reason to me we are just doing Comcast's job and getting paid so much less with csg you have to do all the rate codes yourself and with cable data you call Comcast and they fix it for you which is why they get paid the big bucks (16/per hour) compared to our 10-12 an hour. if you are not from the area do not take the job and by area I mean remotely 5-10 mins away. also if you are 20-25 and enjoy going on your cell phone on your down time lol don't even try it they will harass you and count how many times you go to the bathroom to use it
