Avantages
many good, friendly and intelligent employees. Have some good ideas that could become great products with the proper direction from management.
Inconvénients
Upper management is completely clueless, especially in the Kansas City Plant. The Plant manager is incapable of listening and understanding what he hears. Continually plows through with some half baked ideas without understanding what the employees are trying to tell him.
