      Avantages

      Very fun and dynamic organization to work with. The marketing team was creative, professional, and easy to collaborate with. Campaigns were always data-led with room for strategy and vision.

      Inconvénients

      Department silos are a real thing. Transparency from the top is not.

      Avantages

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. My thoughts and ideas were respected and I overall felt supported. Enjoyed contributing to local boots on the ground non profits.

      Inconvénients

      Pay could have been better. Didn’t love signing in with my finger print. Felt micro managed.
