Inconvénients
No proper onboarding or training -you're expected to figure out everything on your own. One mistake, and you're blamed, taunted, and micromanaged. Despite the good salary, they treat every rupee as if you owe them. Job security is a joke. They will fire you without real support or fair warning. Indian employees are often treated more like cheap labor than professionals.
