      It is easy to get a high position because not many people want to work in the Shanghai branch of UNStudio.

      The Shanghai branch of the UNStudio is just not a good place to work in.

      Avantages

      Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

      Inconvénients

      It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
