      Avantages

      Most people are very nice and good to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Upper Management doesn't know what is going on but makes the decisions. (as in most companies). Forgets that it is the regular employee that makes the business. Companies can survive without upper management but cannot operate without the regular workers.

      Nothing positive to say so keeping it short

      Inconvénients

      LOW PAY! Company does not care for their employees You pay minimum wage and expect top dollar employees You preach safety at hire and then safety goes out the window. They dont care about us peons. Employees get hurt and they say your not hurt! Employee benefits are the WORST I have ever seen. Employees are spending every dollar they make for poor insurance.
