      Nice people that work there for the most part

      Inconvénients

      This place is a joke- sinking ship that has no idea how to right it. Company losing market share and 4% revenue yoy since 2021. Leadership leaving at all levels, pay is honestly at or below poverty level at this point and micromanagement is off the rails because targets are not being met. On the verge of another huge layoff stateside.

      This is a great company to work for. They care about their employees. They believe in a work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      There’s not much room for growth.

      Avantages

      Owns many famous brands of photographic equipment, globalized management, multicultural fusion

      Inconvénients

      In China (just for the management in China) is a very bad management team, from 2022 until now there is absolutely no sign of sales recovery after covid19, instead the market share has shrunk dramatically due to the poor management style and many partners have turned to work with competitors.

      Thank you for your feedback about our brands and the business overall. We made some changes to the VMS Chinese team because post pandemic, the imaging market in China radically changed, both in terms of technology drivers and distribution channel. Videndum restructured its sales and marketing resources locally to enable it to remain a leader in the market and to continue expanding. Stephen
