Perspective commerciale
Avantages
As a member of the sales team the strategy was always clear. Earn the trust of the customer by facilitating complex sales with a consultative approach that supported their initiatives. Sales goals were key, but providing the product line that made sense was most important. This lead to more collaboration and more development of the product. Underwater robots is a niche market, but one that can be very well funded in the right markets. One of the most exciting jobs in my career.
Inconvénients
Some micro management, but that can be expected in any sales role. If you cant speak to your book of business you shouldn't work here or in any sales role for that matter.
