Inconvénients
1. Just imagine getting your payslip in a piece of paper? We used to get our payslips in a paper and if we lose it we need to pay money to get duplicate...excellent isn't ? (They've started to issue soft copy now) 2. They have set of people called Managers who are there only to give feedback that too one dimensional feedbacks. 3. You are not allowed to go home even if u are unwell. You're suppose to die inside office that after completing your work. 4. You are not suppose to talk to your fellow colleagues or batch mates if they are opposite sex. TLs will be waiting to give you a feedback if interact with your opposite sex. 5. Almost all the manager in our firm are insecure about their job. They somehow wanted to secure their job. 6. I never seen HR team conducting any engagement initiatives they think organising annual party.. cricket tournament alone are the engagement activities. I feel HR team should work on career progression of our employees.. 7. Recruitment team wanted us to refer people and if we refer our friends they were not called.
