      Love the WBDC. Great community and workplace.

      You get to formulate your own projects, which can be a pro and a con, depending on what you are looking for

      Avantages

      Mission-driven organization. Fairly well structured for a non-profit. Autonomy to create new initiatives. Highly attuned to DEI even if it’s scrubbed from the website.

      Inconvénients

      Culture micro-managed by CEO with dated ideas and values. No real HR department or employee relations focus - HR is the CEOs lapdog. Pay is horrible. Very limited advancement opportunities.
