      Avantages

      Entreprise sérieuse avec des projets intéressants et un environnement structuré.

      Inconvénients

      Cependant, l’ambiance de travail pourrait être améliorée. Il existe peu de cohésion entre les équipes, ce qui peut rendre l’intégration un peu difficile pour les nouveaux arrivants. Une meilleure communication interne et davantage d’activités favorisant l’esprit d’équipe seraient un vrai plus. Par ailleurs, l’absence de restaurant d’entreprise ou d’avantages similaires peut être un inconvénient au quotidien. Avec quelques améliorations sur l’aspect humain et la convivialité, l’expérience collaborateur pourrait être nettement renforcée.

      Avantages

      - Amazing (multi cultural) workers. - Great work environment. - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) working days. - Okay management - Helpful coworkers. - They value employees that have worked there 10 plus years and so many have been there over 20 years. - Usually promote internally and will outsource if necessary only. - Great benefits. - Amazing training. - Very patient.

      Inconvénients

      - Very time consuming tasks. - Extensive knowledge of industrial measurement of pressure and heating products needed. - Very stressful. - Seniority is everything since people have worked there 10, 15 even 30 years before you. - Below average salary. - Very high email volume.
