Their payroll and timekeeping system is easy to use, which makes things simple. Even though we’re spread out, they make an effort to bring the team together in person a few times a year, which really helps you feel like part of the family. Overall, they want what’s best for you and makes every attempt to create a positive, supportive work environment.

Watermark Risk Management International is a good company that genuinely cares about its employees and fosters a supportive work environment. However, one area where they could improve is offering more competitive pay compared to other companies in the industry. While the company excels in many ways, this could make a difference in retaining top talent.
