I have been working at Wave for over three years. I have watched the company grow from 70 employees to over 250. I can genuinely say the culture has remained to be one that feels like a family, we push each other to be the best we can be, and the leadership team is truly supportive. Looking back at my time at Wave has been incredible. The room for growth is enormous, and if you have passion, drive and love, what you do, Wave makes anything possible. Not only do we have a yoga room, an arcade, beer fridge and unlimited snacks; it's more than just that.
