- underpaid (many team heads join with pay-cut) - the management is terrible in making trade-off. they are the typical bosses who wants everything - conservative in risk taking but ambitious on P/L target - they never trust "young people". some younger coworkers took up many responsibilities and have done a great job. they will only get bigger tittle but no actually progression of enabling them to manage a team - (mainly just my manager) he is really bad at handling people issues. For example, it took him 1 week to respond to my resignation
