      Avantages

      The pay was decent and for a small company the benefits were decent.

      Inconvénients

      Overtime was horrible. It is not expected that you have a life outside the company if you are salaried. There is no concern at all for employees who don't also own stock. Raises are untimely and much like bonuses based on favoritism. I wouldn't recommend this company ever!

      Avantages

      The amount of work and effort that has been put into place by the new owners has begun to pay off. We work together as a team and not as individuals any longer. They care more about the employees then the previous management did.

      Inconvénients

      The way that people were treated, we can see a better outlook.
