Freelance option - flexibility
Per day pay was not bad.
Home office was possible after Covid.
They pay half of the insurances and taxes but only for those 3-5 days of the month when you worked there (amounting to very little in the end)
Inconvénients
You can only work 5 days/month or 60 days/year
They call you in for work at a very short notice. (can you come in day after)
Mostly I got work from them sporadically. Barely had 3 days work in a month. Not enough to sustain yourself.
They did not give any termination signs, simply stopped calling. I found out much later that they have hired more permanent positions and therefore dont need the freelancers as much. But a hint wouldve been useful.
