Abysmal salary, removing remote work (expect many attempts to force attendance in office for meaningless things), Top down management (decisions are made but they have no idea what they decided but just want it done), constant brainwashing attempts just to make sure you don't leave, lackluster benefits, expect unequal opportunities if you are not a Fin. Oh and I almost forgot expect growing scope of work with no growth of salary or acknowledgement. Also your opinion is not valued here unless you are an external, I've seen so many of my team mates raise issues for it to only be ignored, but the moment an external raise the same issue then it gets noted.
