Bullying and rude behaviour is rife and not addressed, yet teams are forced to analyse time and time again why this feedback is repeated every year in employee engagement surveys. Planning and approval cycles take forever and condemn you to constant inaction while waiting for approval and then unrealistic goals as a result of delays. Which doesn’t matter anyway because there’s no accountability for performance, good bad or otherwise. Requirement to be in Geelong 3 days per week is prohibitive and unrealistic yet the exec team refuse to acknowledge this reality.
