6yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want everyone to have an extraordinary work experience and are truly sorry that yours is not meeting that expectation. However, we wanted to clarify a few things that you said:
Dictated Reviews: We are sorry that you are unhappy with the experience you’re having. We strive to create a terrific culture, and as you have pointed out, several other employees have indicated their experience is quite different from yours. Both Glassdoor and Workfront, have a policy not to dictate what appears in our reviews.
Internal Promotion: At Workfront, we do value internal career growth and have had several internal promotions based on performance and skills.
Again, we are sorry that you are not having a positive experience at Workfront and encourage you to continue to engage with People & Culture and leadership to try to resolve the challenges you are experiencing.
