Love my job and Workspace Strategies! - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Workspace Strategies

I have loved the last 7 years of working for Workspace Strategies. Karen invests her time to help each employee grow professionally and personally. She is supportive and open to listening to input from employees to grow the company and move them forward with the ever changing landscape of doing business today. My position is remote, however the daily contact with coworkers and Karen provides me the same support as if I was in the office with them.

While working remotely is great and we are always in constant contact, I do miss the in person collaborations.

Nice office, some nice employees

Shockingly unethical leadership, fairly low wages, lack of diversity, lack of mutual respect and understanding with employees at every level, poor business organization and communication.
