      Avantages

      Somewhat of a family atmosphere. The company has good solid products as well as the ability of acquire solid products. Is investing energy into emarketing.

      Inconvénients

      Very confused leadership. Incompetence is rewarded. The company seems to be disconnected from the industry at times. It needs more field representatives.

      Avantages

      I was there for 3 years. I loved the team I worked with. They were hard working, smart, fun to work with and they became friends.

      Inconvénients

      Some long-term employees are resistant to change and can be reluctant to be helpful. They have some supply-chain issues. They seem to be changing direction so I don't know how helpful my experience will be moving forward.
