      1. Criteria for promotions not clear 2. Worst management 3. Micromanagement will spoil your mental peace 4. If you are hardworking and looking for a career growth not a right place to work

      Avantages

      most coworkers are nice, there is a sense amongst employees that they’re all in it together against the archaic management. Most people are generally nice and most clients are nice to work with too

      Inconvénients

      toxic management with no sense of innovation, very cliquey , little flexibility, bad pay, high staff turnover
