The interview process may seem thorough and promising, but the reality of the role quickly unravels. I was hired under the impression that I’d be supporting one brand(Yogurtland), only to be redirected shortly after being hired to focus on their private brand (Egg N Bird) which was something that was never disclosed and is actively hidden from their franchise partners. This lack of transparency is not only unethical but sets the tone for how the business operates internally.
One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was dealing with the HR manager, who lacks the professional experience and judgment required for the role. Rather than serving as a resource or advocate for employees, she operates in a manipulative and self-serving manner. It became clear that internal decisions are driven by personal agendas rather than company values or fair practice.
There is no real support, no structure and development. This is not a company that invests in people, it uses them until they’re no longer convenient or no longer say yes to unethical practices or some would say “questionable” or “health department approved” practices.
If you’re looking for a stable, ethical, and growth-oriented workplace, look elsewhere. This company will cost you more than time. It will cost you trust in the founders, HR, leadership and respect for your career journey.
