Avantages
The area is gorgeous. It's not a commercial business. Small town feel. Easy to get the job. Out at a decent hour (3-4 pm)
Inconvénients
Entry pay is decent, but being a senior member of the team did not seem to give me much privilege, and when I left, new workers were making the same as I was at 8 years at this place. Management is not good at making workers feel. Felt like housekeeping was not consulted with a lot of the decisions that would impact the housekeeping department. Overworked in the summer. Kitchen worker etiquette is not politically correct. Benefits are poor. It felt like housekeeping was the least of the departments, but everyone relies on them. Gets blamed for everything.
