      Inconvénients

      Pressurised environment, hell tight deadlines, no support from seniors, no work life balance, worst finance and admin dept, non cooperative staff, no incentives, no training, prolonged working hours with no assistance, least cooperation with new joiners

      Avantages

      There was only one pro that it use to give remote to developers that is also removed now for new joiners.

      Inconvénients

      At least 12 hours work every day 3 out of 4 weekends support from every month is expected One mistake and now you are the worst employee Blame game across teams No learning opportunities Can be fired forcefully for any reason be it denying weekend support, not accepting under estimated item, not agreeing to work beyond offers hours.
