      Avantages

      For the most part, people treated each other with respect. There were open lines of communication and procedures for when an issue was encountered.

      Inconvénients

      There was an "us and them" mentality for a lot of the workforce. The gap between office workers and floor workers needs to be bridged.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
