In critical situations at the customers', the company is sometimes lacking concrete values and internal constraints to guide self-organization and business decisions. The company's work force is growing very rapidly and it remains to be seen how well primarily self-organization can handle the forces evoked thusly.

The company culture and benefits are great. They are really people oriented and insist on using 20% time for learning new skills. They provide educational budget and new hardware every few years. I Never worked before in a company with such good work/life balance.
